'Horizon'

This piece is the first painting I created using gold and copper gilding flakes and one that I poured my soul into. It took me one week to finish this work in it's entirety. The blues, white and pink represent the ocean while the gold and copper is the horizon. When looking at this painting I would like the viewer to feel calm , relief and a sense of clarity. I want the viewer to feel that they know where they are going and that everything will inevitably be fine and work out. I want this body of work to resonate and reach out to the viewer especially when mental health can so often be neglected or dismissed. The gold and copper signifies positivity and comfort.

The piece is finished with a non - scented spray gloss.

This painting has d-rings attached on the back with clear nylon coated stainless steel wire.

The work is shipped in a bespoke crate I have painted the inside of giving the buyer a surprise piece of artwork. The crate can be used as decor or a lovely stylish tray.

This one of a kind artwork is signed and d ated on the back.

A certificate of authenticity is included.
